Cast Iron AIR PreHeaters:


The heat transfer surface is made of rectangular, finned, cast-iron tubes. These tubes are stacked vertically next to each other to form rows, then the various horizontal rows on top of each other form a single module. The gasket between the tubes ensures tightness, due to the differential expansion of the materials of construction. Our sealing system ensures almost negligible leakage.Stack the modules together to create a multipath deployment, depending on your specific project requirements.
In most applications, the flue gas flows vertically down over the tubes while the air flows in a cross-countercurrent into the tubes. Since tubes are attached to each other or to the structural steel of the module by bolts, they can be replaced individually, avoiding the replacement of an entire module or the complete air preheater. This is a big advantage over our competitor.
